WOW!! I called Vizio, Viz Part, and a few other places needing “under the hood” help on my out-of-warranty TV. No help or answers provided. I almost gave up, but came across this company and gave them a call. The guy was AWESOME! He helped me diagnose for FREE and even suggested I take a picture of my cable and sent it to their service for more assistance.
