Do you work on all brands of monitors?

We are qualified to service all brands, makes, and models of Windows based monitor PC's and Apple monitor computers.

What is the average cost for service to a monitor?

See our repair prices listed below. If your monitor requires parts to complete the repair we will provide you with a upfront parts quote.  All of our parts are priced at or below current market value.

What if I decide not to have my monitor repaired after getting the quote?

If you elect not to have your monitor repaired, we will simply return it to you in the same condition as it was when we received it.

Why is the service provided by Hard Tech Group Services better than a local repair shop?

Unlike most local computer repair shops, Hard Tech Group Services specializes and the component level monitor repair industry. Most regular PC repair shops are not qualified to service monitors and lack the special knowledge, tools, and parts required to get the job done right.

What kind of warranty do I get with my repair?

All our repairs include a full 30 days labor warranty! See above prices. All repairs also include parts warranty, however different parts carry different warranty periods. Most new parts carry a one year warranty, whereas used parts usually carry a 15 to 90 days warranty. With each quote we will provide detailed warranty information.

1) Turnaround time reflects time in shop and excludes time in transit. Depends on availability of parts. If required parts are not in stock, turnaround time will start when parts become available.  2) Free diagnostic when customer agrees to complete required service at the price quoted.  If customer declines quoted service a $49 service fee may apply.  3) Limited Repair Warranty:  All repairs are covered by a 30 days limited labor warranty.  This labor warranty will cover 100% of labor provided by Hard Tech Group Services for repair labor identical to that for which you pay. This labor warranty covers labor only; replacement parts are covered under a separate parts warranty, the length of which varies and will be provided to you with each repair quote.  Some software related problems may not be included in this warranty. Warranty identifiers (i.e. warranty stickers) must be intact and unaltered and the item serial number must match our records. Accidental damage, or damage caused by abuse, neglect, or misuse will automatically void this warranty.  Items sent for service which are tested and found not to be defective may be subject to a $49 testing fee.
